SSAW Pipe Mill

    The spiral welded pipe making machine, also known as an SSAW (Spiral Submerged Arc Welding) pipe mill, is designed to produce spiral welded pipes. The process begins by uncoiling and leveling a steel coil. The prepared strip is then fed into a forming machine at a specific angle. Based on the three-roller bending principle, the strip is continuously formed into a pipe with a spiral seam, which is subsequently welded using a submerged arc welder.
